If your package is mailed to you with Colissimo from the French Post Office,

You can track it.

  • Either directly on the site Colissimo

                  (a link was sent to you by e-mail along with the deposit to the Post with the tracking number)

  • Either by reconnecting to our website.


Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your ordered products on the web site

Orders are shipped immediately upon validation, usually in 48 hours with tracking a number.

(except Friday afternoons, weekends and holidays and days between a Week End and an official French Holiday (for example Friday or Monday if an Holiday is on Thursday or Tuesday)

The standard shipping method is Colissimo La Poste, delivered against signature.

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed and a variable part based on price or weight of your order.

  • Note: We advise you to group your items in one order.
We can not group two distinct orders once they have been validated on the site and you will have to pay shipping costs for each.

  • The delivery is under the responsibility of the Post Office (or the transport company).
  • Our liability is not  engaged during shipping time.

It is your responsibility to declare a dispute or to make reservations when the package arrives. The best thing is to open the parcel in front of the postman or the driver, and ask him to see along with you;


If you are not there at the time of delivery and not able to sign the receipt, the product will be deposited at the nearest post office (or kept by the transport company). You will then have 10 to 15 days to remove it. So hurry.
